The Grange
The Grange is our largest guest house, situated at the top of the main drive on the right as you arrive at the Abbey. A number of the rooms overlook the beautiful and peaceful valley which forms part of the monastery grounds.
We have twin rooms and single rooms, some of which are en-suite, and a spacious ground floor double room has wheelchair access.
All retreat talks are given in one of the two Conference rooms. There is also a library and a chapel for the use of guests.
Hot drinks can be made in the large well-equipped kitchen. Occasionally a bar will be opened in the evening after Compline.
There is a pay-phone on the ground floor (most mobile phones are out of range of a signal) and an emergency telephone is situated beside it.
For your peace of mind, there is a security lock on the front door.
On arrival please check in at the Pastoral Office in the Main Hall.
